San Sebastian + Biarritz Tour (+french coast)

If there is something as beautiful and spectacular as San Sebastian in the south of France is undoubtedly Biarritz and the entire French coast. So, an excursion that combines Donosti with Biarritz, San Juan de Luz and Hondarribia (Fuenterrabía) is undoubtedly one of the best things you can do to get to know the whole area in one day.

This is undoubtedly the most complete tour of all you can do in San Sebastian.

Itinerary excursion San Sebastian + Biarritz + San Juan de Luz + Fuenterrabia

This is one of the longest excursions you can do from San Sebastian as you visit several places in one day. For this reason it is also one of the most complete.

The tour will depart at 10:00 am from the center of San Sebastian to go directly to Biarritz, in a trip that will last about 45 minutes.

In Biarritz you will visit on foot the main tourist sites of the city such as the Hotel du Palais, the Grande Plage, the Casino, the Crypte Sainte Eugénieson, the famous Virgin of the Rock or the Aquarium.

Once we have seen all of Biarritz, we will return to the bus to go to St. Jean de Luz, next to Biarritz one of the most beautiful places in this area.

We will walk around the picturesque town and you will have some free time to stroll around at your leisure and do some shopping if you wish.

At the end of the morning, we will return to the bus to go back to the mainland, but this time we will stop in Hondarribia (Fuenterrabía), where you will have free time for lunch on your own, at which time you can take the opportunity to try the famous pintxo bars that abound in the area, many of them winners of great prizes.

In the afternoon, we will return to San Sebastian for a guided tour of the Old Town, where we will visit places such as the Town Hall, the port, the Basilica Santa María, the Plaza de la Constitución….

Finally, we will go back by bus to the top of Mount Igueldo to see one of the best panoramic views of the city. In Igueldo we have the amusement park, but it also has the best views of the entire bay of La Concha.
